As a specialist provider for a relatively new migrant community to the United Kingdom it is important that TCHA remain in the cutting edge to understand the needs as well as aspirations of our community. This is what makes TCHA and the services we provide unique.
TCHA will be acquiring 42 new units for management from Circle Anglia in the London Borough of Enfield. You may be eligible for a house through Council's Choice Based Lettings (CBL) scheme. If you are already in the Council's active housing register. We will be making further details about these new units and how you could access a home in due course. Enrolling in the housing register is a prerequisite to benefit from the CBL scheme.
