TCHA’s current library of policies and procedures is testimony to the effort and commitment which has been put in to constantly improve our performance and our service delivery to our customers. Every effort has been taken to ensure that a wide subject area is covered, ensuring that we have reference and guidance for a variety of topics.
 
The list of policies and procedures given below include the rules tc has adopted from the National Housing Federation’s Model Rules 1998, Financial Regulations & Procedures (including a recently reviewed and updated Financial Procedures Manual), Maintenance Policy & Procedures, Complaints Policy & Procedure, Tenant Consultation & Participation Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy, Health & Safety Policy & Procedures and our Aims and Objectives.
 
The policies and procedures are reviewed regularly, which ensures that as and when the need arises, individual documents are updated accordingly to comply with any changes in legislation or regulation. We are constantly on the lookout for any legislative changes, and consult our tenants on a regular basis, which is further strengthened with two tenant representatives sitting on the Board.
