Development

During the year we were unable to acquire any units as part of the 2008/11 National Affordable Housing Development Programme due to the delay in completing them as planned. We therefore expect about 84 units to be completed within the next financial year. We now own 74 units having taken ownership of a further 4 units during this year. We still have a healthy projected stock portfolio with 77 dwellings waiting to be transferred to us in the coming years.

 

In addition, we are also looking forward to receiving more units through the development of the Olympic City in the East London boroughs with whom we have registered our interest.
