You can report a repair by:

Use this form to report non emergency repairs only do not use the online report a repair form for emergency repairs.
If you need to report an emergency repair during the day contact the main office number 020 8493 7160.

When you report the repair please tell us precisely the nature of the defect and give us a telephone number to contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.

If you are not satisfied with any repairs do not sign the Tenant satisfaction sheet. We will not pay the invoice if you are dissatisfied. Please contact the office for more details.

The details we request are necessary for us to raise a repair order.

This form will be sent by e-mail to relevant departments and contractors of TCHA. The information will only be disclosed to our usual contractors as part of this repair process and will not be used for any other purpose.
