Development

During the year we were able to acquire a further 11 units as part of the 2006/08 National Affordable Housing Development Programme. In addition, we also expect to receive a further 44 units from the 2008/11 Programme during the current year. We now own 55 units having taken ownership of a further 20 units during this year. We still have a healthy projected stock portfolio with 134 dwellings waiting to be transferred to us in the coming years.

In addition, we are also looking forward to receiving more units through the development of the Olympic City in the East London boroughs with whom we have registered our interest.
